• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.

6. Warranty

• The Van Eye product are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
• Batteries are not covered under warranty.
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
